PROSPECTUS
Collage as defined for this exhibit is any visual art work that may include newspaper clippings, hand made paper, fabric, portions of other artwork that was created by the artist entering this exhibit, photographs and other found objects secured by gluing to a substructure of paper, quilted fabric or canvas that is exhibit ready.  Gallery wrapped, simply framed or with sleeve and hanging device if constructed primarily of fabric. Images of nudes no matter how tastefully done will not be accepted for display in this ventue.

Assemblage as defined for this exhibit is a two dimensional composition of found objects attached to a supportive substructure that can be hung securely on a wall.  Work must be ready to hang with hanging devise attached to the back of the work.  No free standing artwork will be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
This juried exhibition is open to all artist 18 years of age or older.  All work must be original.

SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY
You may enter online or you may mail in all of your entries to the curator on one CD.  All entries must be submitted as digital JPEG files. High resolution, publishing quality, images of 300dpi wanted.  There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit.  If  entering via regular mail or online you must include  the following information:

Your name and contract information including, mailing address, an e-mail address and/or day time phone number.
Indicate each piece entered by  title and dimensions. Please send or attach a document with corresponding information. Please indicate if work is for sale.  The sale price or if "not for sale" the insurance value. Bethune Cookman University will retain 30% of the sale price of any work sold during this exhibit.  The gallery is monitored and secure.  All art work is fully insured.    Please send an artist statement or bio of 500 words or less.  This information will be used for an  exhibit catalog featuring all of the work in this exhibit.

FEES and PAYMENT
All entries are $10.00 per image/work.  No more than 2 images of one piece of art work will be reviewed by the jury.  Payment of jury fee to be made by check or money order and mailed  5 business days prior to you uploading your images if submitting work online.

SUBMITTED MATERIAL
CDs will not be returned.

DEADLINE
Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM  April 30, 2012

NOTIFICATION
Accepted work notification will be done by e-mail on June 4, 2012

BEST OF SHOW AWARD: To be announced at opening reception

SHIPPING ACCEPTED ARTWORK
The artist is responsible for all cost of shipping their artwork to and from this exhibit.
